Everything merchants ask about AI Hero, flexible activation, product bundles, payments and shipping before they start.
Can my store be designed with a single click?
Yes. AI Hero designs your whole store in detail: colours, fonts, banners, background and sections. Just tell it what you need, and it will impress you with the store of your dreams.
What about creating products and categories?
Describe your product in a sentence or upload its photo, and AI Hero writes the name, the marketing description and the SEO data, generates the image if you have none, creates the right category and publishes the product in it. You can also import your existing products from any platform in one file.
How many steps to activate my store? Just two
Sign up with your email or Google account, then choose your store name and subdomain. Your store runs immediately on the free flexible plan, and you can connect your own domain later.
How does flexible activation of features work?
From the subscription page in the dashboard, activate any advanced feature on its own for a month for a token amount starting at SAR 10, and renew it whenever you need it. The Business plan switches on every feature at once at a single price.
How does the innovative “bundle inside a product” work?
You create a main product that contains several products from your stock, and your customer picks what they want inside the bundle. The system reserves stock per item on order and returns it automatically on swap, cancellation or return, and calculates cost and profit for each component separately.
Does the platform take a commission on my sales?
No. There is no sales commission in either plan. You pay only for the features you activate or the Business subscription, and payment-gateway fees stay between you and the provider.
Which payment methods can I activate?
mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, Visa and Mastercard, Tabby and Tamara instalments, plus bank transfer and cash on delivery. Each method is activated separately from the dashboard.
And shipping companies?
Aramex, SMSA, RedBox and J&T with waybills issued from the dashboard. You can activate more than one company at a time, with your own shipping rates and in-store pickup.
Can I connect my own domain?
Yes. From the advanced general settings you connect your own domain, and until then your store runs on a free ecarts subdomain.
Can I move my store from another platform?
Yes. Import your products, categories and brands in one file, and AI Hero completes any missing descriptions and images. Then connect payments and shipping and launch.
Is there a merchant app?
Yes. The ecarts app on the App Store and Google Play: follow orders, customers and reports and launch your offers from your phone, with AI Hero wherever you are.
Are my data and my customers’ data safe?
Your store is fully isolated from other stores, payments go through certified gateways, and you control your team permissions and the AI Hero connection to Claude or ChatGPT, which you can switch off at any time.
